Support for your teenager

Age-appropriate counselling that meets teens where they are — with therapists who speak their language and earn their trust.

Someone in their corner (besides you)

Teens often open up more easily to a neutral adult. Our teen therapists use creative, conversation-first approaches — no couches, no lectures — to help with school pressure, friendships, identity, and the emotional storms of growing up. Parents get regular progress updates while teens keep a private space.

  • School stress, exam anxiety and perfectionism
  • Friendship drama, bullying and social media pressure
  • Low self-esteem and big, overwhelming feelings
  • Family conflict, divorce and difficult transitions

How teen counselling works

1

Parent intro call

We hear your concerns first, then match a therapist who fits your child's age and personality.

2

Trust building

Early sessions focus on rapport — interests, world, language — before diving into hard topics.

3

Skills & growth

Your teen practices emotional skills in-session and in real life, with you looped in monthly.

Teen therapy questions

We counsel teens aged 13–19. Younger children need play-based in-person therapy, which we don't offer — but we're happy to refer you to trusted local specialists.

Teens need privacy to be honest, so session content stays confidential. You receive monthly progress themes and parenting guidance — and we always break confidentiality if your child is at risk.

Totally normal — most reluctant teens warm up within 2–3 sessions. Our therapists lead with curiosity, not questions, and offer chat-based sessions for teens who hate video.
