Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

1. Therapy is confidential

Everything you share with your therapist — in sessions and messages — is confidential and protected by law. We never sell personal information, and we never share session content with employers, family or third parties without your written consent.

2. What we collect

We collect only what care requires: your contact details, intake answers, session notes (kept by your therapist under clinical record rules), and basic technical data that keeps the site working. Forms on this site are transmitted securely and stored in our practice system.

3. Limits of confidentiality

Like all licensed practices, we must break confidentiality if there is imminent risk of serious harm to you or others, suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult, or a valid court order. Your therapist explains these limits in your first session.

4. Your rights

You may request a copy of your records, ask for corrections, or request deletion of non-clinical data at any time by writing to hello@larkspurmind.com. Clinical records are retained as required by Oregon law.

5. Minors

Teen clients aged 13–19 receive a private therapeutic space; parents receive progress themes, not session content, except where safety requires disclosure. A parent or guardian must consent to care for under-18s.
