A neutral space for both of you

Couples therapy gives both partners equal voice. Your therapist helps you spot the negative cycle underneath the arguments — pursue-withdraw, blame-defend — and replace it with honest, calmer conversations. Both partners join from one or two devices.

  • Endless arguments about the same things
  • Growing distance and lost intimacy
  • Rebuilding trust after betrayal
  • Premarital counselling and big decisions

What's included in your plan

A private three-way chat where your therapist coaches you through the week.

Structured dialogues, repair scripts and Gottman-inspired exercises.

Occasional one-on-one sessions so each partner can speak freely.

Couples therapy questions

Most sessions are joint, since the relationship is the client. Your therapist may suggest occasional individual check-ins, and you can join from the same or different locations.

Yes — affair recovery is one of the most common reasons couples come to us. With structured atonement, transparency agreements and guided dialogue, most committed couples rebuild stronger trust.

Start alone. One partner changing their steps in the dance often shifts the whole pattern — and reluctant partners frequently join after seeing real change. We also offer a free intro call for sceptics.
