Larkspur's commitment to mental health advocacy

Two people holding hands in support

Good therapy shouldn't depend on a good salary. Since our founding, Larkspur Mind Practice has directed a share of every paid plan toward community care — because mental health is a public good, not a luxury.

Affordable places for those who need them

One in ten of our weekly sessions is offered at a steeply reduced rate to students, single parents and anyone between jobs. No lengthy applications — a short confidential conversation with our care team is all it takes.

Schools and workplaces

Our therapists run free monthly workshops in Portland-area schools on exam stress, social media pressure and asking for help. For employers, we offer manager training that turns "are you okay?" from a checkbox into a real conversation.

"A community that talks about mental health is a community where fewer people suffer alone. That's the metric we care about."

Open conversations, louder

Each spring we host the Larkspur Open Mind week: free intro sessions, public Q&As with our therapists, and stories from clients who chose to share. Last year over 3,000 neighbors joined — and one in five booked continued care.

Advocacy only matters if the care behind it is excellent. Meet the therapists your community already trusts — book a first visit.
